Detailed description
Fluorine rubber has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oil resistance and resistance to various chemical erosion characteristicsof science and technology, is the modern aviation, missiles, rockets, spacecraft and other cutting-edge indispensable material. In recent years, along with the automobile industry for reliability, security and other requirements of the continuous upgrading, the amount offluorine rubber in automobile is also growing rapidly.
Key application
Because the fluorine rubber has the advantages of high temperature resistance, resistance to oil, high vacuum and acid and alkali resistant, resistant to many chemicals, has been applied in modernaviation, missiles, rockets, space navigation, ship, atomic energy and other cutting-edge technology and automobile, shipbuilding, chemical, petroleum, telecommunications, instrument, machinery and otherindustrial fields.
Typical applications
Fluoro rubber seals, for engine seal, can work at 200 ℃ ~250 ℃, in 300 and the short-term work, its working life can be the same with the engine repair life, up to 1000~5000 flight hours (5~10 years); used in the chemical industry, can be sealed inorganic acid (such as 140 DEG C67% sulfuric acid, 70 ℃ and 30% ℃ under concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid), organic solvents (such as chlorinated hydrocarbons, benzene, high aromatic gasoline) and other organic compounds (such as butadiene, styrene, acrylic, phenol, 275 ℃ fatty acid); used in deep well oil production, can withstand 149 degrees and 420 ATM of harsh working conditions; for superheated steam seal steam medium, can be in 160~170 ℃ in long-term work. In monocrystalline silicon production, commonly used fluoro rubber seals to seal the high temperature (300 ℃) under the special medium of trichlorosilane, silicon, gallium arsenide, four chloride, trichloroethylene and 120 ℃hydrochloric acid etc.. |
